Welcome to the online home of Vanaheim Fellowship!

Vanaheim Fellowship was founded in October of 2009 as a devotional community dedicated to the exploration of the Vanir cultus.  The Vanir are the Northern European Gods of nature, and the fertility, health, prosperity, and magic that comes with living in balance with nature.  In our fellowship, we examine the historical context of the Vanir, as well as our own personal knowledge and experiences of Them in the modern day.

Membership in Vanaheim Fellowship is by invite only, to keep a safe space and ensure quality over quantity.  Our group is currently at full capacity with twelve members. 

Our membership is located in the United States and Europe.  We are a unique blend of people: Heathen and Neopagan, GLBT and straight, childfree and parents, city-dwellers and homesteaders, professionals and blue-collar workers.  Some of us focus on the Vanir only, some are more Aesir and Vanir blended, and some of us are syncretists or eclectic.  Some of us are exploring 'new lore' and the lineages and tribes of Vanaheim, others are more traditional, and others yet are on the crooked path into the primordial mysteries of the Land itself.  Our strength is in our diversity.

Our goal as a group is to have productive discussions - to share, compare, corroborate, and contrast personal gnosis and experience - to learn from one another and grow, and give encouragement, inspiration, and challenge to the group as a whole.

Besides fulfilling the needs of the membership of our own community, we hope to provide information based in our collective experiences that will educate and inspire the general Heathen and Pagan public, as well as set a trend with encouraging others to start their own small, tight-knit devotional communities that focus on worship of the Gods and provide a place of spiritual support for its membership.
